Nurse Practitioner (APRN)

Valley Psychiatric has a unique opportunity for you to join our outpatient mental health clinic offering quality, comprehensive services. Full-time. Clinical Director

Minimum qualifications: Independent licensure as specified in Massachusetts DPH regulations with a minimum of five years administrative experience. Full time. Career competitive salary with excellent benefit package.

  • Co-lead the organization.
  • Direct daily clinical operations, including service delivery and managing clinical personnel at parent site.
  • Ensure compliance with mandates of Massachusetts governing bodies.
  • HIPAA Compliance/Privacy Officer for Springfield Clinic.
  • Oversee and respond to complaints. Oversee investigation, response and required reporting of client      grievance/complaints; maintain log of complaints and investigative activities.
  • Oversee development of clinical programming for agency.
  • Clinical supervision of clinicians and interns.
  • Oversee Quality Management for the organization.
  • Oversee Multi-Disciplinary Team (Springfield).

Full-time Masters Level Clinicians

Child and Family Therapists

for home-based and community-based work with children and families.
In-home Behavioral Therapists*

Clinician experienced in developing FBA's and BIPS for children with behavioral dysregulation. This will occur in child's home, school, and other community settings as appropriate.

Graduate Interns

in social work and related counseling disciplines find a challenging, collegial, and rewarding experience at Valley Psychiatric Service. Individual supervision along with group consultations, compliment this learning. Each intern carries an average case load of eight to twelve cases. Client populations vary by age, gender, presenting problems, language and culture. Efforts are made to match supervisors background with student interests. Students have reported they felt challenged, supported and enriched by the placement. Clinical and support staff provide a welcoming atmosphere.
